Yes, but you must apply for a mail-in ballot first.
The latest information about mail-in voting can be found on the Maryland Board of Elections website. Note: Absentee ballots are now called mail-in ballots.
Once you receive your ballot, follow the instructions on the ballot and then:
- Mail your ballot. If you mail your voted ballot, make sure that the envelope is postmarked on or before November 3, 2020. Your voted ballot must be received by your local board of elections by 10 am on November 13, 2020.
- Submit your vote in a drop-box. Visit any drop box location to submit your ballot. Ballot drop boxes will remain open until 8 pm on November 3.
